VAULTORA / INFORMATION & POLICIES

Terms of use

01. About these terms

These terms concern the VAULTORA website, its informational content, and its enquiry features. They do not constitute a sale agreement for a hardware wallet. For questions, contact [email protected]. If you do not agree to the applicable terms, stop using the website.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.

02. An informational website

VAULTORA is presented as a hardware-wallet project in development. Product imagery illustrates the design direction. Technical specifications, compatibility, pricing, availability, and shipping are not confirmed unless expressly stated in a final product announcement.

The site does not provide a wallet service, hold digital assets, execute transactions, maintain accounts, or accept product payments. You should not send cryptocurrency or payment details to obtain information or request updates.

03. Requests for updates and enquiries

The launch-update feature opens an email draft. You remain responsible for reviewing and sending that message. Opening a draft or selecting a website button does not automatically subscribe you, save a place, reserve stock, or create an order.

Use an email address you are entitled to use. Do not submit another person’s details without authority. We may decline abusive, fraudulent, irrelevant, or unsafe communications. You may request that product updates stop at any time.

04. No purchase contract

No checkout, pre-order, deposit, price guarantee, priority allocation, delivery promise, or contract for sale is created through this website. Any future sale will require its own clear product information, applicable sales terms, payment arrangements, and consumer disclosures before you decide to purchase.

General product descriptions and visualizations are not warranties that a final device will have a particular feature, certification, material, or operating characteristic.

05. Acceptable use

You may browse and share links to the website for lawful informational purposes. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt availability, introduce malicious code, impersonate VAULTORA, harvest personal information, send spam, or use the site to mislead others about the project.

Do not probe live systems in ways that access other people’s information, impair services, or exceed permission. Our security page explains how to report a suspected issue.

06. Website content and intellectual property

Website text, design, marks, and images may be protected by intellectual-property rights belonging to their respective rights holders. Viewing the site does not transfer those rights. You may make reasonable personal reference copies and share links, subject to applicable law.

You must not present copied material as your own official VAULTORA site, remove attribution to misrepresent authorship, or imply endorsement without permission. No claim of trademark registration is made by these terms.

07. Independent decisions and risks

Content is general information about the project and self-custody. It is not personalised investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for evaluating whether a product or action is appropriate for you and for obtaining relevant independent advice.

Digital assets and self-custody involve risks. Hardware signing does not remove price risk, transaction risk, malicious contract approvals, or the consequences of losing recovery material. Read the product and risk disclosure.

08. Third-party services

Links to external information and the email application used to send a message are operated separately. Their availability, content, terms, and privacy practices are outside the website’s direct control. A link does not by itself imply endorsement or a commercial relationship.

Check destinations before entering information. VAULTORA will not ask for a recovery phrase or private key to answer a website enquiry.

09. Availability, accuracy, and changes

We aim to keep information useful and current, but development plans can change and the website may contain errors or be temporarily unavailable. We may correct content, change features, or suspend the site for maintenance, safety, legal, or operational reasons.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, informational content is provided without a guarantee of continuous availability or suitability for a particular purpose. This does not limit liability or rights that the law does not permit us to limit.

10. Liability and applicable rights

You are responsible for your own decisions and for protecting your devices, email, wallet information, and backups. Subject to applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by events beyond our reasonable control, third-party systems, or misuse of this informational website.

These terms do not exclude liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. They do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive statutory consumer remedies, or displace the protections of law that must apply to you.

11. Concerns, disputes, and updates

If you have a concern, email [email protected] with the relevant page, date, and a description of the issue. We encourage resolving concerns through direct communication first, without limiting your right to use courts, regulators, or other remedies available under applicable law.

Changes to these terms take effect when published with an updated effective date, subject to any additional notice required by law. Any provision that cannot be enforced applies only to the extent lawful; remaining provisions continue to apply.
