VAULTORA / INFORMATION & POLICIES

Product & risk disclosure

01. Development status

VAULTORA is a hardware-wallet project in development. This website communicates the brand, design direction, and intended focus on self-custody. A device is not available to buy through this site.

02. Images and technical features

Images are design visualizations. The presence of a fingerprint symbol, screen, button, or metal finish in an image does not confirm a production biometric feature, material specification, security rating, or final user interface.

Final dimensions, materials, connectivity, firmware, security architecture, recovery methods, and supported networks or assets have not been confirmed here. No completed independent audit, secure-element certification, regulatory approval, or open-source publication is claimed.

03. Pricing, orders, and delivery

No price, shipping date, stock quantity, or shipping-region commitment is offered on this site. An email request for updates is free. It is not a reservation, deposit, purchase, or guarantee of priority.

Sales terms, warranty information, return rights, shipping arrangements, and final specifications must be provided before any future product order. This informational site does not replace those disclosures.

04. What hardware self-custody means

A hardware wallet generally uses a dedicated device to handle private keys and authorize transactions. Assets exist on their respective networks; a device is not a physical container holding coins.

The explanatory signing sequence on the homepage describes a general concept, not a setup procedure or verified specification for a released VAULTORA device. Follow the verified documentation for any product you actually use.

05. Recovery and permanent loss

Loss, exposure, or destruction of recovery material can result in loss of access or theft. A PIN, device, backup, or passphrase may have different roles depending on the wallet. Do not assume that one can replace another.

No claim is made that VAULTORA can recover lost keys, reverse a blockchain transaction, reset a self-custody wallet, or restore assets without the necessary recovery information. Never share recovery secrets with a person claiming they are needed for support.

06. Transactions and malicious approvals

Carefully verify a transaction’s destination, network, amount, fees, and permissions. An address can be substituted by malware, and a malicious application or contract may request a harmful approval. Hardware signing cannot determine whether every action is economically sensible or safe.

Transactions may be irreversible. Wrong addresses, wrong networks, excessive permissions, and mistaken approvals can cause loss even if keys remain protected.

07. Market, network, and third-party risks

Digital-asset prices can be volatile. Network outages, congestion, protocol changes, software vulnerabilities, third-party service failures, and regulatory changes can affect access and value. Using a hardware wallet does not remove those risks or insure assets.

No return, profit, investment performance, or absolute-security guarantee is offered. Decide independently and obtain qualified advice where appropriate.

08. Verify communications

For product questions, use [email protected]. Check message senders and links carefully, especially if a message requests payment or sensitive information. Do not interpret a logo, visual similarity, or display name as proof of authenticity.

This website does not need you to connect a wallet, sign a transaction, send money, or disclose recovery material to receive product information.
