What is VAULTORA?+
VAULTORA is a hardware-wallet project in development, focused on personal ownership and a considered self-custody experience. The imagery shows our design direction; final product specifications are not yet announced.
Can I buy one today?+
Not yet. You can request VAULTORA product and availability updates by email. The form opens a draft for you to review and send. Requesting updates is free, involves no payment, and does not reserve a device or create an order.
Which assets will it support?+
The supported networks and assets will be confirmed before orders open. We will publish a compatibility list so you can check your requirements before deciding to buy.
When will pricing and shipping be announced?+
Pricing, availability, and shipping regions will be announced when the product is ready for orders. There is no confirmed shipping date at this stage.
What happens if a hardware wallet is lost?+
In a self-custody system, access depends on the device and its recovery method. A properly protected, compatible recovery backup can help restore access. VAULTORA’s exact backup and recovery process will be documented before launch.
Will this website ask for my recovery phrase?+
No. A request for launch updates needs only your email address and consent. Never enter a recovery phrase, private key, wallet password, or payment details into this site.
